I was woken up this morning by a phone call - my counselor Terri had someone from her office call to say she couldn't meet with me today... (we were supposed to meet at 2pm)... they said that she said she'd call me to reschedule - I hope she calls me today or tonight... I really need to keep in touch - stay in reality as to not let myself get down... I don't want to go there...

on other news, I talked to some of my buddies online last night - I told FireKahn whats been happening with me and I talked to seth too... he called justin while he was talking to me, it's good to know that they got a hold of each other finally - plus it was interesting when I thought of something I needed to tell justin so I told him to via my connection with seth ... that was interesting ...

and I talked to viewaskewd also ... he's such a sweety - I really like talking to him and going to his house : ) its nice to hang out in Arcata....

so my life's doing okay overall - this cancelled appointment is just a minor setback; I'll be fine......

well got to go finish getting ready for my day, I'll write more again soon though!
